When my husband and I started planning our wedding we knew that we wanted a destination wedding and we knew we wanted it to be affordable and easy for family and friends to travel which is why we decided to get married back in Mexico where we originally got engaged. In the beginning we were using a friend as our travel agent who we trusted and was fantastic for a previous trip we had taken. Well, sadly she fell through on her word and things with booking room blocks and securing our hotel was falling apart. I was lucky enough to find Stephanie who was a godsend. Not only was she honest, supportive, and so lovely to work with, she was on point with communication at all times and explained everything throughout the process so that we understood. She never failed us and even helped us while we were in Mexico for our wedding. We got married at Dreams Riviera Cancun in June 2022. The resort was fantastic and family friendly. The staff was polite and at your beck and call. We used the hotel for the entire Rehearsal Fiesta, Welcome Dinner, and Wedding except for Photography who we used Esteban Bahena Photography who was absolutely amazing! I did end up using an outside vendor for hair and make up as well. Everything else was done by the resort and Stephanie! We had a fantastic, wonderful time, and look forward to traveling back to Mexico and other destinations as long as Stephanie is helping me plan!

The resort it self is beautiful! The beach was amazing, the staff was also super helpful with anything you needed. The restaurants were sometimes crowded with a wait time less than 10 minutes. We stayed in the governors suite which was great for all our needs. We were able to fit 8 bridesmaids, a photographer, videographer, my mom, and 2 makeup artist without the room feeling cramped. I booked beauty experts Cancun for makeup because they were the only business that did an amazing job for brides of color and my wedding party. Esteban Bahena was our photographer and videographer. He and his team was 10 out of 10! They had so many ideas and also listened to everything I wanted. Our pictures and videos are so beautiful and timeless. Our wedding coordinator handled all the vendors from flowers, décor, dj, food, etc. Our DJ (DJ Mills) was a vendor we met through the hotel, we were able to submit songs to him and he understood our vibes from there on.

I will first start off by saying that Stephanie Trombley is a GEM!! I was very skeptical about using a travel agent at first and also very anxious to start this destination wedding planning process. I had a brief telephone call with Stephanie prior to choosing her as my TA. During this call she answered ALL of my questions, concerns and I loved that she also had a destination wedding so she truly gets it. After that I knew she was the perfect TA to go with. Throughout the entire year she was very communicable with not only myself but all of our guests (we had a large party of 71 guests). I LOVED her organization and the spreadsheet she made and gave me access to. She never once dropped the ball! Once wedding weekend was upon us I was anxious on how things would go but Stephanie was available to all of us around the clock! From the pick up to drop off everything was SO SMOOTH! Everyone checked into their rooms and arrived safely. Our guests had the time of their lives! Stephanie truly made this such a memorable experience for us. We could not have done this without her! She has done so much work throughout the year however has never made us feel like a burden or a bother to her. We love you Stephanie ! Thank you for all the hard work you did for us all year long! It was such a magical weekend !! We would love to work with you soon on future trips!!

Stephanie was the best!!! She definitely got the ball rolling for me, because I wasn’t having any luck with communicating with the resort. Stephanie was very responsive as well, always there to answer my questions. She was also there for my guest with their questions, last min changes and request. Then when we arrived at the resort and had an issue I was able to just call Stephanie and she told me how to handle it. I would definitely recommend Stephanie!!!! Thanks again Stephanie!!

Stephanie did an amazing job coordinating everything travel-related for our destination wedding. She answered every question of mine, kept me in the loop about major guest info, created a super easy-to-use website, and made herself readily available for all guests. Even my Spanish-speaking guests were able to travel easily with Stephanie's help. In addition to that, she was super professional and efficient in getting us our travel docs, putting together must-have information, and coordinating trips before and after our wedding. I couldn't have done it without her help! Thank you so much!

Stephanie could not have been any better!! She dealt with our crazy families, people cancelling and even guests trying to book two weeks ahead of the wedding. The entire time she was more than helpful, polite and extremely responsive. She was very patient with us at the beginning of the process when we had no idea what to expect. She's a life saver, the sweetest person and we absolutely loved working with her!

Stephanie was absolutely AMAZING. She handled everything with my guest, so all I had to do was plan the wedding. I couldn't have done it without her. Due to COVID, we pushed our wedding back, moved countries and resorts, and she made the process super smooth for us, and my guests. She is very personable and responds very timely, even on the weekends. She kept me informed on all rules, regulations, and COVID restrictions consistently so I could inform my guest. She even helped me get in contact with the resort when I wasn't getting a response. I would HIGHLY recommend Stephanie and using a travel agent if you plan to have a destination wedding. Overall, it was a great experience!!!

Stephanie helped us coordinate our wedding party to Mexico. She assisted with numerous requests from our family and friends to make sure everyone was accommodated for. All of the reviews from our guests about their experience with her were great. We did have one issue with the transportation for our group specifically (they didn't have a sign out for us, but did for other groups). Otherwise, everything was fantastic! Thank you Stephanie for all of the help and the great service.

Stephanie was super responsive and patient with us and our group throughout the entire process. Planning a destination wedding during COVID wasn't easy for us and we are super grateful we had Stephanie on our side, giving us all the latest information, helping us set everything us, and having our best interest and safety in mind. We look forward to working with her again.
